This place has gone so far downhill.
The experience I had tonight was terrible.
My order was missing many ingredients and only had plain grilled chicken even though I paid for cheese sauce, bacon, and crispy onions.
My mashed potatoes were also filled with uncooked potatoes.
You could cut them with a knife.
After calling the manager accused me of lying and goes “are you sure.” Clearly they need a new manager.
He claimed her personally packed the order and saw the onions.
Was he blind or hallucinating.
He didn’t see crispy onions he saw French fries

This Applebee's is clean, they have awesome service great attitude and their food tasted amazing the desert was to die for and atmosphere of the place deserves more than 5 stars the setting is calm and collected, Rita was AMAZING, she was polite, she was quick and talkative and their manager John answered a lot questions he was also very polite to the group I LOVE YOU APPLEBEES GRILL & BAR

While staying in Staten Island for a week for work, I noticed Applebees was close to my hotel and was in my budget so I decided to give it a try.
I sat at the bar as I was alone and also wanted to indulge in a few adult beverages.
The bartender Queen was amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable, funny, and made me feel welcomed.
As a result, I came every night for a week for dinner.
The atmosphere was chill, and the customer service exceeded my expectations.
I also had a chance to be served by Anthony who also displayed great service.
Thank you both for making my experience memorable.
