Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waited 15 mins to get seated, and when the lady came out she had a full mouth of food, and was chewing her food while talking to us! Very unprofessional! We were told it was a 15 min wait for a table, so we went to the bar. Waited another 15 mins for the our bartender Michelle. As I’m sitting at the bar, I’m looking around at the atmosphere, and saw 2 tables looking for their servers.
Instead of the servers being attentive to their tables, they were chatting. The boneless wings had a really odd color to them, and so did my salmon.
Almost pale in color. I was also told that my 3 cheese bacon Mac and cheese couldn’t come out without the bacon because it’s already mixed in.
That was total bull! The bacon came sprinkled on top of my Mac n cheese.
It wasn’t “mixed in”. I’ll never come here again.

I did the curbside.
Got there 15 mins early marked I was there.
Waited 5 mins after my pickup and gave a call to the store.
They said oh yea that orders been ready for a while.
So this made me wonder why arent yall doing your jobs and bringing out my food? To top it off I got buffalo chicken and they had ZERO sauce, the container had none in it.
Who eats sauceless saucy chicken.

Stop by with my husband to have a quick meal after arriving in Savannah on vacation labor day weekend.
We arrived around 2:30pm, was seated right away by hostess.
Our waitress Shanice was very nice but overwhelm.
Two additional parties were place in her area after we sat down. Our appetizer were serve with no plates to share, I had to ask hostess for napkins.
Our meal was serve by a young gentleman, he ask who had what and quickly left.
He did not ask if we needed anything or take the empty appetizer plate.
I cleared our table after our meal. I had to once again ask the hostess for mayo and mustard. To make matters worst a family of 4 was sitting behind us were talking loudly on their phone with speaker on.
We ask for our check and sat on bench by hostess area until we paid. The staff definitely need training.
The hostess could walk around to assist the waitress.
The young guy that serve our meals need training on not just sitting the meal down, can I get you anything else. We were excited to see Applebees due to ours closed years ago.
