This was truly disappointing after a long absence from visiting.
Its worst than the last time.
Don't understand what happen to this restaurant.
It used to be very clean, the staff was very enthusiastic and on top of their game.
The place looks run down.
Its very filthy dirty tables , excessive debris on the floors.
Dirty windows with smudges.
Just dirty looking.
The staff appears lazy.
The bathrooms are disgusting.
If the bathrooms are filthy I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
I don't know if the owner or franchise person in charge has knowledge of this.
Maybe a surprise visit would be in order.
Its to bad because this place was once a pleasurable place to enjoy dinner.
This definitely was my last time at this location and I would not recommend it.

The food was not very good, prices were not too bad.
Next morning I felt kind of sick.
I have only used the curbside here and only once.
The food was ready when they said it would be and the one staff member I encountered was super friendly.

I have no idea what has happened with Applebee's in recent years.
We eat there a few times a year and I always order the same thing.
Oriental chicken salad.
Hubs ordered a side salad this time also.
But the oriental chicken salad used to be twice the size.
The salad I receieved today seems like maybe it was a lunch size or something.
But 15 dollars for half the size?? Never again.
And my husband's salad looked like someone was mad and just threw it all in the container.
We don't eat out often as it tends to be expensive.
But I was just so surprised at the small size of my salad for the same price as before !
