We came for lunch 😋 and the waiting for a regular table was 15 minutes so we decided to sit in the bar area and we ordered the deal of the month, all you can eat and we had a good time and the food was so good 👍 we repeat boneless wings and shrimp and the BBQ riblets

We waited 20 minutes for a table, even though there were empty ones available the entire time, likely due to staffing issues.
We told the host we were fine with a table, but after the wait, they seated us at a booth and apologized, saying everyone prefers booths.
We reminded them we had originally said we were okay with a table.
Moving forward.
The food arrived in a reasonable time, but unfortunately, it was dry—a reminder of why we stopped going to Applebee’s long ago.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Applebee’s is a basic establishment that serves typical bar food.

My toddler and I went in today to celebrate my late husbands birthday.
Our waiter Chase was very warm and welcoming, especially to my son who has autism.
Kindness and patience is very hard to find at times, but the excellent service made our evening memorable.
Chase was very attentive and proficient.
As I was getting ready to leave, my toddler ordered a meal on the table tablet.
Thankfully he alerted Gaby the manager, and they were able to remove that accidental add on.
Gaby also comped our dessert, which was a brownie to celebrate my husbands life after he was taken by a drunk driver.
Not only did they provide top tier service, but a memorable experience on a very hard day for my family.
Truly, I cannot say thank you enough to the incredible staff.
