Order food through door dash highly recommend to never do that, they stole my food and when I called door dash about it they stated it’s Applebees place to give back a refund when clearly it was not.But I thank Applebees for working with me and helping me solve the issue.They remade my order and it was delicious! Great customer service and care about their customers.As for as door dash 😒 yeah they messing it up for other workers.
The overall experience was okay.Our waiter was a little forgetful, but his customer service was great.Each time we got our drinks they were watered down from sitting so long.We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated, but it was more like 15 or 20 minutes so that was great.My steak was very tender but it was over seasoned, very salty.I also asked for my steak to be cooked medium, and it came out well done, no biggie. My husband's food was bland and did not have very much sauce in his pasta.The kids seemed to like their food.So for the overall experience it was okay, would this be a regular stop, No.
This was an AMAZING experience.The bartender, CeeCee really had our party taken care of.I really appreciate someone who takes their role and responsibilities with style, and grace, as she does.Would definitely recommend and ask for CeeCee, she is amazing.
