Applebee's Grill + Bar

I took my friends son here it was decent enough but at the best average. We both had burgers and I have to say that the burger was quite good but the fries had WAY to much seasoning and the Mozzarella sticks were very bland as was the marinara.
I ordered a Shrimp Alfredo to take home to my wife and she only ate the shrimp out of it.
There was barely any Alfredo sauce on it and what was looked as if it had been cooked in the microwave. Our waitress, Bonnie, was phenomenal.
Very prompt and professional. The atmosphere was a bit loud, but there was a game on, so I guess it's understandable for a chain restaurant that seems to be more bar like instead of a restaurant with a bar. In closing, I'm not a fan of chain restaurants and this experience didn't change that.
I would not suggest it or suggest it.
Again, average at best.

Update on my original review!!! I received a very welcomed call from the district manager.
I was very much impressed by his concerns and feel that things are going to be just fine at this particular location.
This is the Applebee's that I know and love.
It's amazing what one phone call can do to change your mind about an entire company.
Well done Applebee's! I took my 88 year old mother to lunch.
The moment we got there,we were told to wait,(7 people in there,5 at the bar) she continued her conversation at the bar while we waited.
She then proceeded to seat us, there were no tables for handicap,so she us to a table which lead up the stairs.
Mother is on a rollator, and we just stood there kinda confused,then she says, oh there's a ramp over there.
The waitress was Ashley, she was excellent.
Very apologetic when they brought out the salad without the soup.
She was awesome.
The music was so loud and was not of a family restaurant quality.
Metal head music,a lot of screaming.
I got the feeling that the bar was their main concern.
Very disappointed, not family oriented.
They really need management to monitor the goings on there.

We came in here tonight for dinner.
I was so disappointed that once we placed our order the sever brought or meals to us and walked away.
I looked down and notice a fly/ nat on my plate.
My husband tried to remind it but it was stuck to my plate.
What’s sad is the dishwasher put it away like that then the cook crew served a meal on it and then the sever brought it to us.
So you’re telling me it went through at a least 3-4 people and not a one saw this.
What’s sad is we sat there for awhile because either they were short stuff or all too busy amongst themselves.
It wasn’t busy.
So we took a couple of pictures.
You be the judge but I wouldn’t eat here.
