They are short staffed.

Great experience.
The food was very good, including the one for the kids.
The Mango Strawberry drink is a bomb, so refreshing.
Nallely, our server, went above and beyond.
Her smile lighted up our table every time she came up.
Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

What a horrible experience! Server Tray was like a cancer infecting all 4 of the party! No nothing.
Silverware nope, napkins no, drinks plopped down on corner of table one every few minutes.
When we ordered asked what side's are available and was told need to look better at the menu.
This person could care less.
I will admit this Applebee's does have some awesome staff.
2 other server's stepped in and took %100 control without question or even being informed of are issues.
The manager was also exceptional.
I'm not a baby or much of a complainer bring me burnt food I will swallow it! If your rude?
