I recently had the pleasure of dining at Antico Traiano in Ostia, and it was an unforgettable experience.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the amazing pasta, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.
Each bite was a delight, showcasing the chef’s mastery in Italian cuisine. The service was exceptional, thanks to our waiter, Alessandro.
His attentiveness, friendliness, and deep knowledge of the menu made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Alessandro went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and his recommendations were spot-on. Antico Traiano offers a wonderful ambiance, delectable food, and top-notch service.

Visiting this place was not on purpose but turned out to be, one of the greatest dining experiences in Italy for us. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere, also thanks to the short distance to the beach marvelous, the food, exceptional. In Rome we visited some of the highly recommended restaurants and turned out that Antico Traiano to us suited way much more than those high rated and sometimes highly priced restaurants. In our 5 days trip to Roma, I could choose only 1 place to go back it would be Antico Traiano without a doubt. Warmly recommend the visit.

Good value for money and a menu which can satisfy everyone as it is really varied.
All the different dishes we tried were well executed.
