Used them to cater a lunch for an office and the food was wonderful.
The meat is always so tender and flavorful.
The on time delivery is also very appreciated.

I order from this place all the time.
Today I ordered the chicken kebab well done and other stuff too.
I received a really burnt chicken kebab.
I called them and kindly asked for a refund because the taste was so bitter since it was very over cooked.
They told me that there’s nothing they could do.
That this is how they make well done chicken.
I sent them photos and explained that I always order well done from them and they never burnt my chicken before.
I also said that I am a good customer and they should refund me as a courtesy.
Then I asked the manager wouldn’t it make sense to refund me instead of getting a bad review.
She said it’s OK if I leave a bad review that it is my choice.
This is not how anyone should run a business.
I will never order from them again since this is how they value their customers.
I asked them do you really want to lose me as a customer when I order almost every month from you?!?! Ridiculous service.

Price is jacked up every week, today's order is same as last week's, however they charged me an extra $2.50.
Food quality depends on the grill man, hit or miss.
Extra charge for sauce as similar places don't
