Cashier placed my change on top of my cup, I'm assuming because she did not want to touch my hand.
How unsanitary! Then she shorted me a penny and when I asked for it, she looked at me with disdain and pushed it into my palm without touching my hand.
When my order was ready, she showed me my wings, closed the container, did not push the bag towards me, and walked away abruptly without saying thank you. This business clearly doesn't appreciate those who financially support them.
Customer Service is key!

I placed an order over the phone for pickup.
The young told me it was going to be 5 min.
I came within 15 min.
When I arrive my food wasn't ready they haven't started making my food (they weren't busy).
She told me she didn't start it because people don't pick up the food.
I would took that as an answer if the person after me didn't come to pick up their food by phone.
I asked why because she asked.
Well ma'am that's the point of calling in.
I waited and when they did not deliver in the time she stated.
I asked for a refund.
They do not do refund even if you haven't received the food.

If I could give them -00000 stars , I would.
I hate the little wings, I also hate that they act delusional about serving little inedible wings.
I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt but today was the last straw.
A black boned little wing? And they had the nerve to say because I ordered a 6 piece they will make it a 7 piece because of the wing size.
-0000/10 ! TERRIBLE and my total was $13.07 for this.
All of my wings were pre-fried.
Before I sat down my order was already made, just refried and re-served.
Hard, bitter , black , little and nasty.
Pathetic staffing as well
