AMBA Mediterranean Grill is a gem in Joliet! 🌟 My first experience here was fantastic. I opted for the shawarma bowl, and wow, that saffron rice was bursting with flavor! Their gyros are massive, sliced fresh right off the spit, and the falafel was crisp and warm, especially with the spicy feta dip!

The fresh ingredients made every bite delicious. Plus, the ginger mint lemonade is a must-try - so refreshing! 🍋

Despite a small hiccup with my fries being overcooked, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to return for more! Highly recommend!
