Amaranto in Bushwick is a hidden gem! 🌮 I stopped by for lunch and immediately felt the cozy ambiance wrap around me. I ordered the spicy guacamole and short ribs with pepian verde. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented!

The staff was attentive and super quick, making my dining experience even better. Their margarita was perfect, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options on the menu. The prices are incredibly fair for the generous portions. Can't wait to return! 🥳
