I decided to give Allestree Fish Bar a try after hearing rave reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The fish was enormous and perfectly crispy, while the chips were fluffy on the inside.

Though the shop's space is small, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff were attentive. I left satisfied and can't wait to return for another proper chippie tea. It’s a delightful takeaway spot in the area - highly recommended! 🍽️
