Alleia is a gem in Chattanooga! 🌟 We enjoyed a lovely evening in the cozy atmosphere, complete with dim lighting that set the perfect mood for our date night.
I highly recommend the ricotta bruschetta - absolutely divine! For my main, the spaghetti all’amatriciana was a delightful surprise, featuring thick cuts of bacon that brought the dish to life. The handmade pasta is noteworthy too; you can taste the freshness!
We finished with the panna cotta, and it was the ideal sweet end to our meal. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Don’t forget to make a reservation! Can't wait to come back! 🍝
