Turkish restaurant, Restaurant
The food is great.Awesome portions. However the customer service is not the best. The woman behind the counter was great.I purchased a bracelet being advertised by the register.Upon getting my total n feeling rushed out I was unable to ask the price of the bracelet.I tried calling the restaurant back and was rudely hung up on twice before they finally answered my third call back. When answered I wasn't even given the opportunity to get my whole sentence out before I was being rushed with responses like "just bring it back were too busy to answer calls right now" and being told to call back later. After I stated I wasn't looking to return the bracelet just wanted to know how much it cost I was told to call back later when not so busy. Finally I said my meal was only $25 and my total is $43 so I was charged $18 for a bracelet? The man on the phone said I dnt know there are different prices n then he proceeds to tell me to text his number with a picture of the bracelet so he could help me when he gets a chance.Smh.Horrible way to respond to a person who is patronizing your establishment.N being charged $17 for a bracelet made of string and one little charm is not good business practice.Even if it is brought here from turkey.I'm all for supporting good small businesses and this one came highly recommended however I will not spend another dollar in this establishment nor will I refer anyone there.Which is sad because the food is great.Do better !
This is my favorite food place by GSU.Every time I go they’re quick and very kind. The prices for their food are affordable and the amount of food is great!! I always get the chicken gyro spicy, grape leaves, and pasta. The grape leaves are the best I have EVER had.The pasta salad is better than any pasta salad I’ve ever ate.And the chicken gyro is just chefs kiss.I always get it to go because I don’t think there is seating except in the area next door (which is public seating).Great Place for a quick but fulfilling meal!!!
i got the mediterranean platter there’s a very similar tangy note to the hummus , ganoush , the bean salad and another item i got .im used to mediterranean food being very layered in flavors .theres this overpowering vinegar flavor to basically the whole platter .and the falafel is dry , cold and is a bit misleading considering its indented but you cant see that from the top .i assume thats how you get it to stand up ? flavor wise the falafel is the tastiest thing here
