Middle Eastern restaurant, Falafel restaurant, Halal restaurant
Al Basha Restaurant offers a refreshing taste of Middle Eastern cuisine right in the Bronx. This casual eatery specializes in falafel and a variety of halal options perfect for lunch or dinner. While it operates as a unique "ghost kitchen," allowing for efficient delivery and takeaway, the mixed reviews reflect a mix of expectations. Guests rave about the creamy hummus and soft bread, although some dishes fall short in freshness. Ideal for a quick bite, it's a place for those craving a taste of home at an affordable price.

I was a bit confused coming to this place.I know of and have been to the flagship in Paterson NJ and they have great food and cool ambiance. This is literally a “ghost kitchen” with multiple different restaurant/food offerings, not an actual restaurant. You walk in to what looks like a post office with a ton of e-scooter delivery people and can order at a tablet, then pick up from a locker. We got a few mixed platters - the chicken wasn’t bad but dry and the kebab was a bit overdone. The amount of food given was decent. The hummus was good, very creamy. But they only give two measly pieces of pita bread for a small container of hummus. The falafel wasn’t bad, a bit dry also. Overall not bad if you have a craving and I see what they’re trying to do and makes sense to expand in what I would imagine is a low cost way, but I probably won’t be going back to this “location”.
Food reminds me of home in Detroit. The best middle eastern food i've found in the bronx. It always tastes like it's made with love. The bread & hummus is amazing. So soft please let me order extra bread!!!
The worst food I ever ate in my life the chicken is cold and the hummus is too dry and the falafel is too hard I’ll never order from there again and I don’t recommend no one to try it
