Dining at Akira Japanese Restaurant was a delightful experience! I tried the Uni Special Course for dinner, and every dish was exquisitely prepared. The sashimi and butterfish lunch special is a steal at just over $30, and the sake sampler for around $27 was refreshingly fun.

The atmosphere is casual and cosy, making it perfect for a dinner date or solo outing.

Though the service was good, it was a bit surprising when our server commented on our tip amount. Overall, a great find on King Street with fresh ingredients and many menu options - I can't wait to come back and explore more! 🍣✨
