All the meats have very high quality.
Highly recommend the seasonal specialties like hearts & cheeks.
Kimchi is also very tasty. For ppl who don’t like fatty wagyu, washu set would be your best choice.

Ordered the Miyazaki and Washu beef set course and it didn’t disappoint.
Good balance of fatty and lean between the two beef types.

The Food is too good to be true here.
i love the beef tongue.
I have never eat any beef tongue this delicious.
All other cut are also super delicious.
They must have a special marinate that make all meat tastes sweat in a good way.
this is the place i want to eat every time visiting Hawaii.
Worth every penny!
