If you're craving authentic Peruvian cuisine, AJI LIMON CEVICHE Y CARBON is a must-visit! 🍽️

The Causa de atún was a delightful surprise with the bell peppers adding a unique twist, while the Chaufa (beef and chicken) was a flavorful delight, perfectly seasoned and hearty.

We were particularly impressed by the generous portions of the Tres Mares - it could easily feed two!

The Chicha morada was refreshing, and don’t skip on dessert!

With friendly service and a cozy vibe, this spot quickly became a favorite on our trip. Can’t wait to return! 🌟
