Delicious food! Very flavorful! Nice spice combinations that you don't see everyday, especially in KC.
Small portions for the price considering it's just take out with a digital kiosk for ordering & a locker for pick up.
No Wait staff, dining area, etc.
Took about 25 minutes for the food to come so I walked around the neighborhood.
It's in kind of an out of the way spot in a mostly industrial block, but it's close to downtown at the edge of the highway in crossroads.
Very tiny waiting room and only one ordering kiosk for what seems like 20 odd menus. I would recommend ordering ahead and then stopping for pickup as there is limited parking available and space inside. I also find it comical when the price is not cheap that they ask for a tip.
Who am I tipping? I did all the work that the Wait staff would have done.
The reason the tipping system exists is because employers pay Wait staff very low wages and expect the customer to make up the difference for the service.
So when there's no service , again, who am I tipping?

Afro eats is located in a shared kitchen with other restaurants that aren't located on site.
Ordered through a kiosk and got a receipt.
Then waited for the order to be made.
It was a unique experience.
The jollof rice was OK.
It tasted like Spanish rice with subtle spice.
I'm use to better tasting more authentic jollof rice.

Very satisfied with my orders! You know the food is good when your teenage kids eat the leftovers!! The jollof rice wasn’t as spicy as I anticipated but it was still delicious.
