Wow! Had been on my restaurant bucket list for some time.
This was a great dining experience.
Went about 3 p.m.
on Sunday.
Easy parking and no wait.
Talk about a place for bourbon enthusiasts...
and the signature burger is superb! Ordered the Woodford Reserve flight to accompany my delicious burger.
A wee bit upset that I didn't save room for butterscotch creme brulee, but the brown sugar dusted sweet potato bites helped satisfy my sweet tooth.
Very impressed on my first visit here.
Hoping to return in the very near future if only to try the Benton's Bacon Old Fashioned.

Somehow today was my first time at this location.
I always enjoy the beer at Abridged: the Waffler saison today was no exception.
I'm not much of a burger person, so I opted for the fried green tomato BLT to eat.
Would definitely have that again.
It even came with a decent amount of fries.
My only complaint was that they could have used a bit more salt, and there was none on the table.
We were seated in a pretty out-of-the way spot (at least it felt like it), which was fine.
It was relatively quiet, which was good.
We were there at lunchtime on a Thursday, and it was surprisingly busy.

Some of the best beers in Knoxville! The food is always amazing and so are the staff.
This has become one of our top choices when in Knoxville.
I'm addicted to the Deviled eggs and the Bahn Mi Chickie sandwich is so good when they have it.
