Abridged Beer Company is a gem in Knoxville! 🌟 I finally visited after hearing so much about it, and I wasn’t disappointed. The Woodford Reserve flight paired perfectly with the mouthwatering signature burger. The brown sugar dusted sweet potato bites satisfied my sweet tooth, but I regret not having room for the butterscotch crème brûlée!
The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, making it great for groups. I also loved their beer selection, especially the Waffler saison! Can’t wait to go back and try the Benton's Bacon Old Fashioned. 🍔🍻
