Abelardo's Mexican Fresh is a hidden gem in Lincoln! 🌮 We stopped by while traveling and were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food and speedy service. The complimentary tortilla chips and salsa bar were a delightful start.

I tried the birria tacos, which were absolutely delicious, and my spouse loved the carne asada burritos. Portions are generous, and it’s definitely a place worth the stop.

Just a heads-up, it's not typical fast food; take your time to enjoy the meal! We’ll definitely return next time we’re in town! 🌟
