Wasn’t feeling well so ordered delivery.
I ordered a steak prepared medium and there was ZERO moo left in it.
Broccoli was so overcooked and mushy it wasn’t edible.
Lettuce was shriveled up and not fresh.
Tried calling several times then finally had someone answer.
I waited over 20 minutes then got hung up on.
I tried calling back several times and no one would answer.
I understand being short-staffed but maybe it’s time to close this location.
The service and quality of food have plummeted, unfortunately.

Applebee's is just a really good place for any occasion, the food is great, the service is great, and everything just looks amazing.
On a side note, the floors are super sticky and the ribs are trash.
I highly recommend the whiskey bacon burger.

The WORST! We asked for sitting of 6 we waited 30 minutes and wasn't offered water finally asked host for if we had a waitress she said I'll get you water and the bartender said it's not my table your waitress will be in at 5:30m hopefully.
We sat down at 4:45pm They we not busy at all the bartender was so rude to the hostess which you could tell she was trying her best.
The bartender had a couple at the bar and they were all laughing that we were not her table. We just got up and left!
