Abelardo’s Mexican Fresh is a gem in Lincoln! 🌟 I stopped in late while traveling and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh complimentary chips and a variety of spicy salsa options!

I tried the chicken quesadilla, which was delicious, but the real star was the super nacho - huge and loaded with flavor. The staff were super friendly, even offering me extra beef quesadillas that would have gone to waste!

This place is definitely my go-to for satisfying, affordable Mexican food. Can’t wait to come back for Taco Tuesday! 🌮❤️
