From the very first time I dined at 8595 Restaurant & Bar, I knew I'd be back.
And now everytime I visit Augusta, this is my go to spot.
We've eaten here for breakfast, lunch, brunch, and 1st Sunday brunch.
We have never been disappointed.
The hostesses, servers, waitstaff, and chef have always been friendly, bubbly, and courteous.
Our food has always been prepared as ordered and served at the proper temperature in a timely manner.
The servers are attentive, but they don't hover over you.
We've ordered from the menu and enjoyed the buffet.
Their first Sunday Brunch is not to be missed.
They have all the fixings of a great southern brunch, with several options.
For any vegetarian dinners, I've never had any trouble finding multiple choices of tasty dishes.
You can tell that the management team takes the time to impress upon their staff the value of true southern hospitality.

This place is a really nice restaurant to check out.
The service was top tier and food was amazing.
It is pricey but well worth the experience to try out.
The server was amazing, food was brought out with in a timely manner from ordering.
Drinks snuck up on me which I love.
Will definitely be back.
Oh also it’s on the second level within the hotel.

Lovely location to dine outdoors if the weather permits, but be warn the service is very poor for the quality of the dining experience! The food was delicious, but it’s hard to overlook the lack of any service.
We saw our waitress 3 times where we had to ask other servers to take our order or grab our waitress.
We are very easy guests, but know if you are pressed for time this is not the restaurant venue for you. Our reservation was at 12:45 and got there 10 minutes earlier and was accommodating quickly because there wasn’t many folks dining in the restaurant to start with for a Saturday brunch beside 3 other small groups. Overall, we’ve experienced this venue at the Partridge Inn, but will not be back.
