2000 Vietnam Restaurant is a delightful gem tucked away on San Mateo Blvd. While I hear it's under new ownership, the menu remains a treasure trove of Vietnamese comfort food.

Their Pho is simply the best in town, with generous portions that leave you feeling satisfied. I also highly recommend the vegetarian spring rolls, which are fresh and bursting with flavor. The jasmine green iced tea - with fresh limes and unlimited refills - is the perfect accompaniment!

Despite the casual vibe and slightly shabby exterior, the flavors are anything but. I’ll definitely be back for more deliciousness! 🍜✨
