1928 Cuban Bistro is a delightful spot on Roosevelt Blvd that truly captures the essence of Cuban cuisine! 🍽️ I recently indulged in their Picadillo, and it was the best I've ever had - flavorful, warm, and made me feel right at home. The chicken soup was another highlight; tender chicken in perfectly seasoned broth - so comforting!
They also do a killer Cuban sandwich, though I have to admit, my first experience with it was a mixed bag. The bread was great, but I might need to explore more options to find my favorite.

1928 Cuban Bistro on Roosevelt Blvd is a cozy gem! 🌟 I visited for lunch and tried the Picadillo, which was hands down the best I’ve ever had - tender and bursting with flavor. The side salad was a lovely surprise, too!
They have a fantastic coffee setup; I indulged in a delicious cup. Just a heads up, the modern pop music can get a bit loud, so be prepared for a lively atmosphere. Despite a slight wait, the welcoming staff made it worthwhile. I can't wait to return to explore more of the menu! 🍽️
