We use to frequent this location often until service got so bad I could no longer tolerate it along with the high prices.
Fast years later, one night while coming home from baseball practice my boys wanted to stop at this location.
Reluctantly I did and what a surprise.
The manager Courtney was AMAZING!!! 👏🏽 When we arrived home the food was fresh, hot, and surprisingly delicious.
The restaurant was clean and the workers were friendly and very helpful.
I was also impressed with the professionalism of the young employees.
We have gone back several time but only when Courtney is working that is when I have had the best experience!!!! You go girl!!!!! 😄

I must say that this location by far is the best Krystal's in Jacksonville! Every single time I order from this location everyone who works there are friendly, professional and just perfect.
Tonight I ordered from Anthony and I must say that he needs a raise in pay and I even believe he should own his own franchise! One of the best employees that you have.
Keep up the good work Anthony and I know that you will go far! Thank you again for being just a great person who cares.

Ordered Krystal's from Grubhub.
Last time I ordered here, waited an hour and a half (the store is less than a mile from my house) and they canceled the order at the last second. This time, ordered the 5 cheese Krystal's with chili cheese fries and a lemonade.
Took a little over an hour, which isn't bad.
But when it got here, the buns were stale and hard, got regular fries that tasted like yesterday's and they entirely missed the drink.
Worst.
Place.
Ever.
