Response to owner.No ma'am I received no email at all in response.I didn't leave a review to begin with and the other day I was looking at other meal plans and it made me remember that I never heard anything so I went on your website to see if you offered anything new and it was EXACTLY the same as before. Apparently I was under the wrong impression since you guys sell meals catered to certain diets and are billed as diets for one's health.And I obviously wasn't looking for medical advice just maybe some Direction, since you are a dietitian and sell food but I digress. The review was not to slam your company, it was to let others know my experience.And my experience is as valid as someone who gives you a five-star review Original review Pretty much the same meals that they have had for years since they opened.Hardly any variety.Some of the meals taste pretty decent some not so much.Sent an email to one of the owners maybe a year or so ago asking about certain diets that were good for somebody who is almost type 2 diabetes.Never heard a word...there were several times when they gave me the wrong meals.

Hi James, I am not sure when you last looked at our meals, but we have over 40 options that rotate every 2-3 weeks. I do see you placed an order with us 854 days ago so that is over 2 years. There are clearly many new things since then. We do not have an emails from you regarding diabetes. Your only email was entitled "Calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate kidney stone diet" We replied that we are not allowed to issue any type of medical advice, and that you would need to show your doctor our selections and ask them which meals they thought would be best for your medical needs. If you ever a wrong meal (my staff is not perfect and definitely can make an error) if it is ever brought to our attention, most of our long term customers can tell you we not only replace the wrong meal but offer you another for free or a refund of the wrong item. If you are still having the kidney stone issues after all this time, definitely get with your medical team and see if they think our meals would be a good fit. As for variety- we do keep the favorites that people have loved since 2018, but we are always adding new things. I hate that you decided a year later to leave us a 1 star review, and if you are also needing things for diabetics, again check with your doctors as we are a meal prep and catering business and cafe and not a medical provider. Hope this clears up any confusion and if you do decide to try us out again, we moved about a year and a half ago to a new location. I would be glad to send you a discount code. Take care! This Cafe is located inside the Connie Hudson Senior Center building.For this cafe style, you walk the line, choosing which food you want, which is passed to you to put on your food tray.They also have great desserts.I loved the chicken salad on a bunch.I recommend this.
My first time getting 1031 today.I’ve been on the Leto diet for a little over a week and getting tired of the same things.So a friend told me about this place and I just finished my first meal the Sheppards pie which is amazing ! Very fresh tasting and extremely good ! I was also so surprised to see all the yummy looking deserts with 2-4 g of carbs! Wow! I’ve got a weeks worth of meals and can’t wait to try the rest.Thank you to the owners for opening up a keto friendly place around here that’s so awesome ! I’ve tried another one and theirs just doesn’t compare to y’all’s :)
