Been coming to this location on and off since I was a kid.
My family got subs and there was a long black textured curly hair in my Philly!! I was so repulsed I couldn’t take another bite.
People need to work wear better hair nets or something.

Avoid this place if you do not want to get ripped off.
This place will not post prices and will not give you a receipt no matter how many times you ask for one.
Have eaten at the Virginia Beach and Richmond locations many times and both were fantastic.
The subs here are no where near the quality of the other 2 locations not to mention they charge you nearly double the prices.
Almost $60 for 3 subs.
When you ask them how much the subs are, they say they don't know, we just ring it up by name.
When I look online to order, the whole subs are $10.99 each.
Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute.

This store continues to take my money and laugh at your customers when they don't get what was paid for.
Paying extra money for extra cheese and don't even get cheese at all on either sub, along with several other issues before even getting there.
It's called integrity and stealing money from locals that have been customers for 20 years plus isn't funny to me.
Management needs to be on site at night or you're going to lose all the folks that have been going here for years due to letting kids run the place without supervision.
I will be bringing these two subs back to the store in the morning to discuss with an adult manager regarding the people working tonight that could care less about the future of this business, at least it seems based on the service provided tonight.
