Zensation Restaurant

The food was okay, nothing special but still tasty.
The service was nice but the food delivered almost 30 minutes to our table.
The restaurant ambiance was nice and the price was reasonable.
Overall it was ok.

Really liked this place.
Good interiors and ambience.
Outdoor seating also available.
Went out for an impromptu dinner during a weekday.
I reserved a spot for 9 PM.
This place was packed so I'm very glad I reserved a spot. I initially thought this was a sushi bar seeing that more than half their menu is sushi.
But my partner and I both had non-sushi dishes and they were awesome! Starting with the Little dragon dumplings - 4 rice flour dumpling with shrimp filling and sweet and sour sauce.
(Pic attached but we ate 2 of the dumplings before remembering to take a pic! 😂) I had the Zensation bowl with fried chicken which was beautiful, fresh and flavourful.
Perfect for a summer dinner.
Portion size was good for me.(Pic attached) But the true star was the chili on fire with crispy duck.
Packed with flavour, a little spicy and succulent crispy duck! (Pic attached) The only con was that they did not have a very extensive drinks aka cocktails menu but they do have good beer and wine options. All in all, definitely worth a visit.

Food is good, it’s not amazing, but it’s good enough that you wouldn’t have something to complain about.
I ordered a delivery service via Wolt and came in intact.
This is their “Sushi Menu 7”, which is basically a salmon menu.
Portion of ingredients to rice is decent (again not amazing, but way better than others where the 70% of the roll is rice), that of course is not applicable for the nigiri 🍣. What I would definitely not recommend though is their “Golden Season”.
Supposedly it’s baked chicken dumplings, but in reality it’s oily disappointment of undercooked dough.
Save your 4.90 Euros.
Filling is barely existing, not to mention tasteless.
But it comes with a nice garlicky sweet chili (watered-down) dipping sauce. Overall, nice decent sushi that does the job.
But nothing special.
