Zen Asian Bistro is a cozy spot in Bangor that offers a delightful escape into Thai cuisine. I tried their yellow curry and it truly stood out - rich and perfectly balanced, with fresh pineapple adding a nice touch. The fried tofu appetizer was enjoyable too, though a bit on the plain side, but the sauce was superb!

The atmosphere is laid-back, making it perfect for lunch or dinner with friends. I will definitely return for more curry... 🍛
