As I've given up on any type of quality service from the University Blvd.
local, I tried the location closest to my place of employment.
I attempted to order online, didn't work.
The young lady handled my order.
I barely had a minute to sit and wait for my order, which came out very quickly.
No problems with my gluten free requests. However....when I started to delve into my food, I immediately noticed 2 things: 1.
The tomatoes were mushy, probably from being refrigerated.
Refrigeration changes the texture of tomatoes, makes them mushy. 2.
The remainder of the salad was lukewarm. I suspect the team preps salads for the rush hour push.
I did come across 1 to 3 pieces of wilted lettuce.
Cucumbers leach water once sliced.
Keeping them in the refrigerator would present much better than what I received.
Fast service is great, but not at the expense of compromising the quality customers expect and my $.

Ordered a house salad today and the lettuce was rotten and slimy.
I called and was given a website to submit my picture too but it came back as undeliverable.
I will never order a salad from this location again as this isn’t the first time I had a bad salad but never as bad as today.
