Zaxby’s usually doesn’t disappoint but tonight I don’t know what happen this time.
Lets do better with the food prep by ensuring it is hot not cold, food is fresh and not taste like it has been sitting awhile and presentation because this is not appropriate for consumption not the toast being burnt.
I hope improvement is made so the next customer won’t have the same experience.

The cooks are horrible.
They have messed up my order this week on two occasions.
What's worse is when the cashier took the order she repeated it correctly.
Yesterday, like always I asked for flats only, went in and let them know that most were drums.
The cook took the plate back threw the flats in, and threw the plate on the top counter.
I checked my plate before I left.
There wasn't any sauce on the new flats that were put in the plate.
With that much love he put into the food, I let them know they could keep it.

I would NEVER eat at this place again.
Their service is horrible and slow.
Not only that their food is now horrible.
I purchase the boneless wings and things, when I bit one of the wings it were hard as a rock! I swear it wasn’t cooked and seems frozen.
I felt sick to my stomach, and will never eat at this location again! I ordered me and daughters some that day, and I threw theirs away.
I was afraid for them to eat it.
