Horrible! I ordered food fresh and received burnt and Undone.Customer service needs a revamp.Managers stop leaving these teenagers alone in the workplace.They need more guidance and better training.

We love Zaxby’s we always bought Zaxby’s from this location for years but a couple months ago every time the food is not how it’s supposed to be.Dry wings and cold I had ordered large fries but they just put hand full of them maybe even half of a hand full and cold as well, it’s not the first time that this had happened, the first time we let it go but it’s always that bad now, they have to fix it.Today was my last day ordering from this location.

Ordered online from my hotel room and walked over to pick up my order.Asst Mgr at counter was very friendly.Order was done soon after I arrived.Went back to hotel.Food was still warm.Wasn't that impressed.3 of the chicken tenders were more like rectangular in shape which made them not like normal tenders.Fries were good but slightly soggy.I have enjoyed Zaxbys in the past.Bummed it wasn't better.
