I recently visited Zaxby's for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere. I had the Big Zax Snak Meal, which was generously portioned and satisfying, though it could have used a bit less salt. The fries were hot, but I wished for a tad more seasoning. Service was quick, and I appreciated the welcoming staff.

The remodel really brightened up the space!
