Zanzibar Soul Fusion is a delightful gem!

I dined here with my wife for a cozy evening and we were warmly welcomed by Sandra - her spirit truly lights up the place! We kicked off with the Soul Rolls and the standout Gumbo; the flavors burst with sausage, chicken, and fresh veggies in a savory broth.

For my main, the Seafood Pasta was a rich delight, packed with lobster and shrimp, though the portion was generous! My wife enjoyed the Honey Chicken, which was tender and crisp but could use a tad more seasoning inside.

Great food, lovely ambiance, and a nostalgic Kool-aid... we’ll definitely be back! ✨
