I'M VERY SORRY THAT I CAN'T GIVE A RATING BELOW ZERO, BUT ONLY ONE. We visited this place only once and that was by chance.Our sushi restaurant was closed and we had to come to this one.Just terrible service....the waiters don't care about you, explaining something to them is a burden. Ignorant, uneducated hillbillies...trying to work in the service industry. 1.The price for sushi is all inclusive (on weekdays 20 euros, on weekends 22) What is the difference?? Nobody explained...apparently they are working to find fools. 2.Price per child 16 euros (all inclusive).Our son is 6 years old.He weighs at most 20 kilograms.When we clarified and argued about the price, in their defense they said that perhaps he eats a lot...They are just IDIOTS.We agreed that we would order our son separately according to the price list. 3.Food takes an hour to prepare...Our son was very hungry and of course the first order was placed for him.Our order was brought to us, and only 30 minutes later to our son.Of course, we started feeding him from our orders (all inclusive).The waiter came up to us and said that we had to pay the full price (all inclusive for a child 16 euros) since we do not have the right to feed him from ours (all inclusive) because his order was separate at a different price. I WILL NOT CONVEY IN WORDS THE FEELING OF A PARENT.... 4.The food is raw...it’s not like they brought us one portion of sushi and it was raw, no, IT REALLY SENSE ALL THE FOOD WAS RAW, the rice was undercooked (ABSOLUTELY RAW), we crunched it like nuts, just like shrimp, squid and everything else ... BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS RAW, OUR SON GOT SICK, Literally half an hour after we started eating. WE DIDN'T EVEN FINISH WHAT WE ORDERED AND WE HAD TO PAY. To my remark that our son GOT SICK because of their undercooked and RAW food, no one EVEN RESPONDED. THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. They said that everything was fresh. If you know the meanings of SHOCK and SHOCKED STATE....then at that point in time, WE WERE SHOCKED by what we experienced. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WISH ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE THE SAME, AND BE IN OUR SITUATION. IN THE HOSPITAL, OUR SON HAD A STOMACH WASH.... THE FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS THAT WE EXPERIENCED AT THAT MOMENT, WHILE IN THE RESTAURANT AND LATER IN THE HOSPITAL, CAN NOT BE EXPRESSED IN SIMPLE WORDS. I, WITH A PURE HEART AND WITHOUT REGENGE OF CONSCIENCE WISH THIS RESTAURANT TO BURN TO THE FOUNDATIO

Ciao Vladimir, ci discostiamo dalla tua incommentabile osservazione finale, scrivere queste cose sul lavoro degli altri è veramente di cattivo gusto, nonché pericoloso su internet.Non capiamo perchè definisci i nostri collaboratori "montanari", perchè sono di Olgiata? Come te mi sembra di capire...in ogni caso non vediamo quale dovrebbe essere l'insulto.Per quanto riguarda i prezzi del menù non possiamo dire nulla, se non che sono pubblici e chiarificati dai nostri collaboratori sin da subito, quindi non capiamo la sorpresa e lo "shocked state".Sulla qualità dei prodotti, ribadiamo ciò che vi è stato detto al momento della vostra lamentela, ossia che è tutto fresco, dato che ci viene scaricato ogni mattina il pesce che serviamo in giornata.Ad ogni modo, ci dispiace molto per suo figlio, speriamo stia bene❤️
This restaurant takes 1 hour for something to arrive, ignorant and rude service.The rice is dry and plain.The atmosphere is loud and smelly.To sum it up, I don't recommend it to anyone, and I'm never coming back.

Ciao Leo, ci dispiace leggere questa recensione negativa.Ci scusiamo per il servizio un po lento, ma quella sera abbiamo avuto degli inconvenienti che hanno provocato un rallentamento del servizio.Per quanto riguarda il commento sulla scortesia dei colleghi ci sembra strano, proprio perché la nostra priorità è a cura del cliente.Che il posto sia rumoroso, questo è dovuto dalla quantità di gente che c'è all'interno del ristorante, non da altro, quindi ne siamo contenti! Ad ogni mondo, ti aspettiamo nel nostro ristorante per farti ricredere.
Some of the best Chinese I've had since being in Italy.Only take away and delivery at the moment, but looking forward to seating opening up again to dine in.Also does a fair amount of Thai dishes which makes a nice change.Now our "go to" place for Asian food...
