YORI in Brighton really captures the essence of Korean cuisine! I had the Japchae, which was deliciously flavorful and perfectly cooked. Their Bibimbap was a highlight as well, even though it took a little longer to arrive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome.

The casual atmosphere is perfect for groups, and I appreciated the option for takeaway. A little more lighting would elevate the experience, but I’m already planning my next visit for more mouthwatering dishes! 🍜
