Don't be misled by the positive reviews. This chain establishment provides subpar quality and tries to deceive customers at every opportunity.
If you see a 2-for-1 offer, be aware that you might get a single Maki Roll sliced into 18 tiny pieces, each narrower than your thumb.
The offer only mentions the quantity, not the size. The ingredients are not fresh, and you'll likely receive the least desirable parts.
The rolls often resemble a poorly made Poke Bowl, falling apart with ingredients scattered throughout the container. Check out the picture – this was one of the "bigger" rolls.
Some were only the length of two rice kernels.
The seaweed quality is also poor. Avoid this place if you value your money.
I suspect the positive reviews might be incentivized or bought. Another reviewer had a similar experience with the 2-for-1 offer.
The restaurant refused to address the issue, even laughing about it.

Don't get fooled by the cheap price, the fish has really bad quality. Plus they also take a lot of time to deliver and are rude.
I called the store asking about my order that was half an hour late, the employee was rude and told me to be patient because not that much time had passed and said the food would be there in 15 min, but it actually took another 40 minutes. This branch is acceptable in some locations, but in Spandau I wouldn't recommend.
There is much better and still affordable places to order from.

The order took 1:30 longer than expected.
The presentation of the dishes were not faithful according to the pictures.
avocado was hard (green), the grilled salmon I was served was not fillet but overcooked ends (hard and dry).
The only pleasant experience was the miso soup.
