November 12, 2024Yin Ji Chang Fen opened its doors recently, and I'm already impressed! The menu features a remarkable selection of rice noodle rolls - my favorites were the marinated beef and shrimp variations, which were delightfully smooth and flavorful. The congee, particularly the pork and preserved egg, was comforting but needed a dash of white pepper to elevate the taste. The space is clean and inviting, making for a pleasant dining experience.
