The fried and rotisserie chicken were both good.
The potato salad and Cole slaw were some of the best I've had.

Minus for service!! I NEVER do this but, anyone looking for take out DO NOT call Yellowbird in West Roxbury!! Whoever answers the phone is so rude it’s unbelievable.
I tried to fix an order I made online and was told they were to busy to look for it and were just making all of the food in the que.
Then continued to tell me my order wasn’t there even tho I was charged(it’s on my account statement) and that to get a refund I needed to “call the company” even though it was made on THEIR WEBSITE!! Never again! I remember the food being good but obviously service has changed.

Hi I'm sorry for the mixup but the order did not come in to the store till 5:20 so when you called at 5:12 , 5:15 and 5:17 each time I tried to find your order but it didn't come in on the printer till 5:20 sorry

Hmmmmm Not to bad...
not to good.
I think for the amount of food is little to pricey.
The chicken taste good.
However i try the coleslaw and very disappointing to a point that is basically not coleslaw or at least not close to a real one, is too watery and big and thick pieces of cabbage..
if i order again it would ve just chicken.
