Yama Sushi & Asian Cuisine is a delightful find in Gainey Ranch! I visited recently for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere. The spicy ninja roll, with its perfectly fresh yellowtail and a kick of jalapeño, was a standout!🍣 We also enjoyed some hot sake, which paired beautifully with our dishes. The attentive service from Jake made the experience even better.

While the prices are reasonable, I’d recommend checking out their happy hour for some great deals. Looking forward to my next visit!
