Seriously.
You guys have the dumbest employees I've ever seen.
Get it together! Change management or CLOSE! Every single time I go there, they chronically get my order wrong.
Asked for Boneless BBQ, they gave me bone in.
Asked for the rest to be all flats, of course they're not.
Extra well done fries, they look like they barely even cooked them.
Asked for extra seasoning on the fries and it seems like they're brains heard less seasoning.
From now on I will have to be that @$$ customer that has to open my food infront of them to have them take it back and remake it.
Maybe some reading classes for the employees will help them better themselves.

this was a simple 10 piece combo order, it did not have to be that difficult to make.
im so sad now.

Come here at least once a week, because of its close to my house and my son loves wings.
But it's always something here, usually under staff, wait time is twice as long then what they tell you, even ordering online.
This last visit my online order said 16 to 21 minutes , got there right at the 20 plus minutes, and it still wasn't ready The clerk told me it would be another 20 plus minutes and she doesn't have control of what it online says.
So stuck here again, they need to hire more help the floor and tables were dirty aging.
