They close at 11:00 pm but had their chairs up at 10:00.They sure care about their customers. As someone who works at a restaurant wiping and putting up chairs is easy af.Wings are always good but even for wings these were pretty mid.Fries are dark in color, cold and tasted like old dirty oil.But I guess that’s what I get for coming in an hour before close. What a joke this establishment is.I would rather go to Chick-fil-A on Sunday than to come back here.
Third time is not a charm with this location.I see all the other reviews talking about wait time and I definitely had a good 45 minutes from online to when I actually got my order.I was thinking the previous two times is because I didn’t go there and pick it up directly.I was wrong unfortunately.I got sad soggy chicken tenders.Everything was a little too salty for me. I could tell the staff were working really hard to get as many orders as they could.I I think the bigger issue is this location is so inundated with mobile and delivery orders that they Run behind on everyone’s orders. Also, it’s a very small kitchen to be pumping out the amount of food that they were doing in 25-ish minute I was there.I appreciate it the guy at the front counter being realistic, that it probably would be closer to 15 to 20 minutes before I would get my food even though I had already waited 20 minutes to come pick it up.Hopefully, who’s ever managing that location is able to speak with the higher-ups in regards to the ability to turn off online orders briefly while they catch up.I don’t know how any of them have time to keep it running smoothly, including the dining area.Soda machine was out of ice and I heard multiple customers complaining About the wait times as they were mostly DoorDash drivers waiting on a pick up order. Not sure that I’ll ever try Wingstop again.Wingstop owners treat your employees better and maybe most of your reviews for this location wouldn’t be so bad.
I have visited this establishment on several occasions and have consistently encountered extended wait times. The typical wait time communicated by the staff is approximately 30 to 35 minutes, however, on my last visit, the actual wait time was closer to an hour.It was evident that the employees were experiencing confusion and disorganization, which resulted in a lack of prioritization for orders. This situation significantly diminished the overall customer experience.Regrettably, I have reached a point where I am no longer willing to patronize this establishment.
