I was quite impressed by your new automated ordering system at the drive through today.
I’m not a fan of the inside do it yourself systems, but this audio system is quick and easy.
Your employee at the window(Blue) checked to make sure my order was correct and was extremely friendly.
With help being hard to find these days, you are lucky to find a good one.

Overall a great experience!! This was the 1st time I had White Castle 🏰 in almost 4 plus years, and it brought back awesome memories.
I ordered a ten pack of cheeseburgers 🍔 which my son and I crushed as fast as we could shovel them down our throats 😁😂😂 Two 👍👍 up!!

This review is mainly for the wonderful woman working the drive through! Her cheery attitude and nonchalant way of saying she'd see me in the morning like I was some regular, and hasn't just met her for the first time made me smile.
I wish I'd gotten her name. Beyond that, the food is what is expect. The AI at the drive through is a little uncomfortable, but it got things right so I guess no complaints.
It did far less to improve my visit than that wonderful lady.
