I ordered a nine piece sweet and spicy wing at the drive-through.
I waited about 10 minutes in line.
I pull up to the drive-through window.
The lady says sweet-and-sour burger.
I said no I ordered the sweet and spicy wings she took my payment smiled at me gave me my food and told me to have a good day I get home.
I open my bag.
There’s a burger in my bag, when I clearly said wings not once but twice confirming it at the window but instead of her saying no that’s not what I have and giving me my correct order she took my payment.
I won’t say her name because I want this review to stick, her name started with an T and she wore glasses today’s April 11 and I placed my order about 1 PM.

I can not say this enough.
This is the "worst" whataburger I have ever been to.
Moving from Amarillo TX which has 6 Whatas.
I feel I can positively state this is not Whatabrand material.
We waited for 15m for our food when there was only 3 guests (5ppl working) no excuse! The service was less than friendly, no smiles and was a team leader, Alexander W.
who took our order smh.
The presentation of food was cold and was less than desirable.
Please get an area manager for this store that can fix the serious failing standards.
But I will state this, the burgers are still overall great.
Good luck with this place.

It’s a ritual to eat at whataburger when in Jax.
It’s like steak and shake and McDonald’s had a baby.
They’re similarities together make an amazing burger.
The food comes out quick and it’s always fresh.
