I like Whataburger as a franchise, but for the last 5 years I've lived in Florida so no Whataburger.Now that I've moved back to this area I was excited to see one near me.Until I ordered food. Fries were cold and soggy.Burger, also cold.The cheese wouldn't even melt.And I specifically asked for spicy ketchup and got no ketchup at all. So I figured everybody has an off day.I tried again a week later.Cold fries.Cold burger.No ketchup even when I specifically asked for it.Seriously, is there a code word you have to use to get ketchup? Anyway, I still like Whataburger but give this particular one a pass.
Used drive thru, little bit of a wait before I could order, and about a 10 min wait in drive thru line, but I wasn't in a hurry.Staff was nice and food was awesome, so I still give 4 stars.
I've only been through the drive thru, but the service has always been great and doesn't take long.Staff has always been friendly as well.No complaints, other than the prices are too high, in my personal opinion.
