Usually Wendy’s is my go to fast food place especially this location being down the road from home.
Clearly the drive through at night needs worked on because I sat at the order screen for 10 minutes with no response and a line compiling behind me.
Even then, took another 15-20 minutes to receive food in timely manner.
They told me to pull up to a spot and they would bring my food out to me because of the line.
never got my food until I pulled back by the drive through lane to tell them they forgot my order to then be accused of never placing an order and that I would need to go around the driver through again to replace it.
They served 5 cars after me their food, to then yell at me for not ordering to them throwing the bag of food ant me once I got it and did not give a single car.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
Literally would have been quicker and faster to go to the McDonald’s across the road.

Me and my wife went through the drive thru to get some lunch.
We ordered junior bacon cheeseburgers without bacon since my wife is Muslim.
They got it wrong the first time so I went back inside to get it fixed.
When we got the replacements, all they did was take the bacon off.
There were still bits of bacon on the burger.
This restaurant should consider keeping ingredients off the food you ordered if you order it without the ingredient.
