They are losing the owner money.lol.They need customer service training.I have been giving this location chances… HUH.What? We ain’t got dat. The employees taking orders.Smh.I came one day, they didn’t have any “fried food”.Huh? This location is hit or miss.Mostly miss.
You know it's trash when you have to go check the reviews in the drivethru...im driving away but i sat there first and nobody answered so i thought maybe they're closed..drove around guy at window says they'd take it once i came back around.another car got in before i got there (we were the only two ppl 10:30pm) we both then sit there waiting again?! first you had me sitting there nobody talks in the speaker now you make us wait double.yea wont be back here again..these reviews are earned🫤
First.I went to the location on Sycamore School Road and Crowley Road.We had an online order placed before 12am, they close at 1.When we pulled up to the speaker she told us they were closed.Regardless of order placed.Not the first time.I've lost at least $100 because nobody is held accountable for orders placed and paid for but management has closed early. 2nd location.Order is placed by 1230am.They close at 1am.We arrive at 5 til.Nobody greeted at speaker, so we pulled around to window.The employee we saw was actively ignoring us.She did come to window and said they were closed.And that the order came after they closed.I said you close at 1.She said "listen lady, I'm the General Manager, I close when I want. We don't make the food until you arrive.So now I'm gonna go make your food and you have to just sit here and wait". See the photo to see what we got.I'm done with Wendy's.
